Questions
Car wash on Jirani.
Do I need to provide water?
Agree on it in the chat. Some providers bring water and equipment; others need a tap nearby.
Can my car be washed while I am at work?
Yes, if your parking allows it. Share the details once the provider accepts; your exact address stays private until then.
How does paying work?
You pay with M-Pesa or your Jirani balance when you book. Jirani holds the money in escrow and pays the provider only when you approve the work. The 5% service fee is shown at checkout.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Don't approve it. Report a problem on the order and the payment stays frozen while Jirani looks at what happened and decides whether to pay the provider or refund you.
