Questions
Errands on Jirani.
How do I pay for the shopping itself?
Agree on it in the chat. Escrow covers the errand fee; the cost of goods is settled as you agree, with receipts.
Is my address shared?
Only with the person you booked, and only after they accept.
How does paying work?
You pay with M-Pesa or your Jirani balance when you book. Jirani holds the money in escrow and pays the provider only when you approve the work. The 5% service fee is shown at checkout.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Don't approve it. Report a problem on the order and the payment stays frozen while Jirani looks at what happened and decides whether to pay the provider or refund you.
