Questions
Plumbing on Jirani.
Are plumbers verified?
Plumbing is one of the skills Jirani verifies. A plumber can send a certificate, licence or proof of past work, and listings show when Jirani has checked it.
What if the leak comes back?
Don't approve the job until you are happy. If something is wrong, report a problem on the order: the payment stays frozen while Jirani looks into it.
How does paying work?
You pay with M-Pesa or your Jirani balance when you book. Jirani holds the money in escrow and pays the provider only when you approve the work. The 5% service fee is shown at checkout.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Don't approve it. Report a problem on the order and the payment stays frozen while Jirani looks at what happened and decides whether to pay the provider or refund you.
