Questions

Electrical on Jirani.

Is the electrician qualified?

Electrical work is one of the skills Jirani verifies: listings show when Jirani has checked a provider's certificate or licence. Ask about it in the chat too.

How is electrical work priced?

Usually per visit, with materials agreed separately. You see the price before you pay, and the money waits in escrow until you approve the work.

How does paying work?

You pay with M-Pesa or your Jirani balance when you book. Jirani holds the money in escrow and pays the provider only when you approve the work. The 5% service fee is shown at checkout.

What if I am not happy with the work?

Don't approve it. Report a problem on the order and the payment stays frozen while Jirani looks at what happened and decides whether to pay the provider or refund you.
