Questions
Moving on Jirani.
Does the price include a truck?
Some movers include transport and some offer labour only. Describe your move in a request and compare the offers.
How far ahead should I book?
A few days ahead is best for big moves, especially at the end of the month.
How does paying work?
You pay with M-Pesa or your Jirani balance when you book. Jirani holds the money in escrow and pays the provider only when you approve the work. The 5% service fee is shown at checkout.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Don't approve it. Report a problem on the order and the payment stays frozen while Jirani looks at what happened and decides whether to pay the provider or refund you.
