Questions

Cleaning on Jirani.

Do cleaners bring their own supplies?

Some do and some don't; each listing says what is included. If you need supplies brought, mention it when you book or in your request.

Can I book a cleaner every week?

Yes. Book the same person again from their profile, or post a request for regular cleaning and choose from the offers.

How does paying work?

You pay with M-Pesa or your Jirani balance when you book. Jirani holds the money in escrow and pays the provider only when you approve the work. The 5% service fee is shown at checkout.

What if I am not happy with the work?

Don't approve it. Report a problem on the order and the payment stays frozen while Jirani looks at what happened and decides whether to pay the provider or refund you.
